Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most domestic shipments arrive within 7-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Are MOZA Racing wheel bases compatible with consoles like PS5 or Xbox?
Our hardware is primarily designed for PC. However, specific models like the R3 Bundle are officially licensed for Xbox. For PlayStation compatibility, a third-party signal converter may be required.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 14-day return policy for products in original, unopened packaging. If the product has been used, a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in like-new condition.
Do MOZA Racing products come with a warranty?
Yes, all MOZA Racing wheel bases, pedals, and steering wheels come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Can I mix and match MOZA peripherals with other brands?
MOZA pedals and shifters can be used as standalone USB devices on PC, making them compatible with other brands. To use MOZA steering wheels, a MOZA wheel base is required.
